- Ask your TEAM+ Managers to check the Firewall settings.
- Push Notification Setting for iOS system：
“gateway.push.apple.com port 2195“
“feedback.push.apple.com port 2196“
- Push Notification Setting for Android system：
“android.googleapis.com port 443“
- The issue could be caused by the Path/File Access Error.
Please make sure that the file “apns-teamplus.p12” is stored in the folder “Teamplus_WebSite“
