How to remove external members from my team?

1. Go to the team that the external member you want to remove is in.

2. Click Members in the tab bar.

3. Select External Member.

4. Hover over the Profile Info Card of the member you want to remove. Click the X button in the top right.

5. Click OK in the pop up notice to remove the external member.

1. Go to the team that the external member you want to remove is in.

2. Tap Members in the tab bar.

3. Select External Member.

4. Tap the X button on the left of the member you want to remove.

5. Tap OK in the pop up notice to remove the external member.

If you can’t find the X button, please check the invitation acceptance status of the member. It could be that the external member has not yet joined the team, and their invitation acceptance status would be one of the following:

  1.  Waiting for reviewed:It is the status when invitation application of the external member has not yet been approved by the admin. If you want to cancel the invite, please go to “How to cancel the external member invitation which is still Waiting For Reviewed?” for further instruction.
  2. Waiting for acceptance:It is the status when the external member invitation has been sent out by the admin, or the invitation application has been approved by the admin, but the member has not yet accepted. If you want to cancel the invite, please go to “How to cancel the external member invitation which is still Waiting For Acceptance?” for further instruction.
