※ Password Resets cannot be performed in TEAM+ if the TEAM+ accounts are set to sync with the AD accounts in your company － under that condition, most TEAM+ account settings will be the same as the AD accounts, including the passwords.
If the TEAM+ accounts are not set to sync with the AD accounts in your company, please follow the steps below to reset Passwords：
Go to Manage Accounts and find the Member you are resetting Password for. Click the ▼ (Setting) button in its right-most.
Select Change Password.
Set a New Password and enter it again in the following field to confirm.
Click OK to change the Password.
