How to edit the profile info of an account user?

Supported TEAM+ Version:TEAM+ Pro (on-premises), TEAM+ Cloud (trial)

Administrative Access Available For:Company Admins, System Admin

  • If the TEAM+ accounts are set to sync with the AD accounts in your company, most TEAM+ account settings will be the same as the AD accounts.
  • If the TEAM+ accounts are not set to sync with the AD accounts in your company, the Account Users can make edits to their profile information. Both the Company Admins and System Admins can also edit the users’ profile information by following the instruction below:
  1. Go to Manage Accounts, find the Account User you want to edit. Click the (Setting) button in its right-most.
  2. Select Edit Profile.
  3. You can start making edits to the Member’s Profile Info!
  4. When you’re done, click OK to confirm!
