How to disable an account?

Supported TEAM+ Version:TEAM+ Pro (on-premises)、TEAM+ Cloud (trial)

Administrative Access Available For:Company Admins

  1. Go to Manage Accounts and find the Member you want to Disable. Click the (Setting) button in its right-most.

  2. Select Enable/Disable.

  3. Click OK in the pop up notice.

  4. You will see “Disable” in the State column of the Member.

Tip:To activate the Account, just follow the steps above again!
