How to change the department of an account user?

Supported TEAM+ Version:TEAM+ Pro (on-premises), TEAM+ Cloud (trial)

Administrative Access Available For:Company Admins

For Cloud (Trial) version users, the Company Members (Account Users) can change their Departments by themselves.

For Private Cloud version users, the Department of each Company Member (Account User) can only be changed by the Admins.

  • Instruction
  1. Go the Manage Accounts. Find the Account you want to change the Department for and click the button in its right.
  2. Select Change Dept.
  3. Click the icon on the right side of the Department Name.
  4. Select the Department you want to change for the Account.
  5. Click Confirm.
  6. Click OK to confirm the change.
