How to block an account?

Supported TEAM+ Version:TEAM+ Pro (on-premises)

Administrative Access Available For:Company Admins

  1. Go to Manage Accounts and find the Member you want to Block. Click the (Setting) button in its right-most.

  2. Select Block Account.

  3. Click OK in the pop up notice.

  4. Back to the Account List, you will see a Lock icon on the left side of the Member’s Name.

Tip:To activate the Account, follow the steps above again but please select Unblock Account in Step 2.
