Can I use “@” to tag my colleagues?

You can use “@” to tag your colleagues in teams, chat rooms, posts or comments.

• Teams/Chat Rooms：You can only use “@” to tag the team/chat room members.
• News Feed：You can use “@” to tag all your contact members.

Note：If you have customized the audience when writing a post, only the members on the audience list can view the post. Though those not on the audience list can still be tagged (@) in the post, they will only receive the tagged notice but not able to view the post content.

Please follow one of the instructions below to tag (@) your colleagues：

1. In the post-writing field or message/comment box, enter @ and the Member’s Name or Account. E.g. @tom

2. Enter @ and select the member from the drop down.
