As an Android device user, how to do if I cannot receive notifications normally?

Since Android system is used by several mobile device brands, the device settings like Battery (Battery Saver Mode), Disturb, Blacklist and Whitelist etc. as well as the notification filter mechanism would differ from device to device. As a result, some Android device users may find out that they can’t receive notifications from TEAM+ normally.

To solve this problem, we’ve listed instructions for some frequently used mobile device brands below. (For your reference only!)

Supported Version:Android 6.0 +

  • Turn off Battery Saver Mode
  1. Settings > Battery > Battery Use > More > Battery Optimization> All Applications

  2. Click to uncheck team+.

  3. Go to the Application Not Optimized (the Whitelist) to make sure that team+ is in the list.

    1. WLAN setting:Settings > WLAN > WLAN settings > Advanced settings > Keep WLAN on during sleep (Always)

    2. Mobile networks:Settings > More > Mobile network > Mobile data always on

    3. Phone Manager (built-in App) > Toolbox > Dropzone management > tap to Check "team+ pro"

    4. Phone Manager (built-in App) > Notification Manager > Rules > Select to “Allow” team+ pro

    5. Settings > All (tab) > Protected apps > tap to Check "team+ pro"

    1. Settings > Power management > STAMINA mode > Add applications > Select "team+"

    2. Activate STAMINA mode.

    1. ASUS Mobile Manager (built-in App) > Auto-start > tap team+ pro toggle to “Allow

    2. ASUS Mobile Manger (built-in App) > Auto-start > the icon in the top right corner > Settings > tap to Uncheck "Clean up in suspend"

    1. Security > Permissions > Autostart > tap "team+" toggle to allow autostart

    2. Settings > Battery & performance > Manage apps’ battery usage > tap to turn it “Off” or go to “Choose apps” to Uncheck "team+"

    3. Settings > Notifications & status bar > App notifications > team+ > tap "Priority" toggle and "Floating notifications" toggle On

    4. Open team+ first and close it. Then tap the button in the bottom left corner of your Xiaomi device (not the screen!). Drag the team+ icon down and tap the Lock icon to unlock.

    1. Settings > Dual SIM and mobile network > App using Wi-Fi and mobile data > team+ Pro > select “Wi-Fi and mobile data

    2. Settings > Security > make sure team+ Pro is in the Not Optimized List (the Whitelist)
