In the back-end, why some users’ APP installation status are “Not Installed” while they do have installed the TEAM+ APP?

In the back-end system, the APP installation status of the users who have logged out TEAM+ APP are displayed as Not Installed.
My TEAM+ Messenger works normally at first, but I later encounter these issues when logging in－notice pops up asking me to enter my company code, notices of occurred errors pops up, or the login screen keeps on loading. How can I solve them?
